Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on groin guards, mouthguards, or any other protective equipment that comes into direct contact with the body unless the item is defective.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using our Returns Request Template below
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Items: Securely repackage the items with all original packaging and include your RMA number
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Fight Night Ready: Our returns process is designed to be as efficient as your training regimen. Most customers receive their refunds or exchanges within 2-3 weeks from initiating the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
